Hope you’re having a great week! I had to look to see the last time I updated with Life in Pockets pages, and I see that I’m actually not that far behind. This is the reason I love using Just Jaimee’s Ready to Go Templates! They make being caught up and staying caught up so easy! I haven’t gotten more than a couple of weeks behind this year and we are just about at the half way point. Wow, that’s hard to believe!
Anyway, I thought I would stop by today and share my latest pages! This is such a fun project and I am so glad I started it! Now to find time to go back and try to catch up on the years I missed!
Are you doing any tome of Life in Pockets or Project Life? I’d love to see your work! Thanks for taking the time to look! Peace, out…
Happy Friday and Happy February!! So glad to have the weekend here!! It’s been a miserably cold week and it makes doing anything less than enjoyable! I’m looking forward to the next few days of much warmer weather!
I thought I’d pop in today and share my Project Life progress for this year so far!! I’m super excited to be in my 7th year of PL. I was kind of up in the air about my format for this year, but in the end I decided to go back to using Just Jaimee’s Ready-to-go pages. I know that I can keep track using those and not fall far behind. They are so easy and so quick! I adore them! The weekly cards I’m using this year are Weekly Vol. 1 by Designed by Soco. Here is what I have so far:
I’m loving it so far and will be working on Week 5 this weekend! I hope you all enjoy your weekend!! Peace, out…
Not so much here, but in life I guess I’m moving right along. I’m taking a class this semester on Google Classroom and Google Suite, so any and all spare time I have had has been spent on that. My new year plan for posting more regularly has kind of fallen by the wayside for right now. Maybe I need to stop thinking and planning and just do.
Anyway, I thought I’d stop by before bed time tonight and share a couple of new pages for this week.
And this page is using the new Perspective by River~Rose
I am working on this week’s pages, but other than that my PL is up to date. I have been going back and using some older JJ templates this year, instead of the Ready to Go pages. I am kind of missing them, but looking forward to a new look in my book I just had my 2017 book printed and I am loving going through it!! Here are the last couple of weeks:
Hopefully I’ll be back soon. I’m hoping to get a planner update done in the next couple of days!! Thanks for looking!!
I know, right! Two days in a row. I can probably thank a snow day for that. We have another one tomorrow. There goes MLK Day and Presidents Day. Ugh, I hate snow. I would so much rather have these days when it’s nice outside and I can go out of the house without the air hurting my face. But it’s where I am right now, so I guess I’ll just enjoy what I get.
I was sitting here catching up on a few things and realized that I haven’t shared the layouts that I did for Simple Scrapper this month. I love being a part of the team at Simple Scrapper. I really feel like it helps me to create some meaningful, purposeful layouts and inspires me to create pages that I may not have thought of otherwise. The Premium Membership offers exclusive content and a supportive, generous, and inspiring community. Some of the benefits include a private Facebook group, Spark Magazine, chats, podcasts, sketches, and story starters. Totally awesome! And here are my pages for this month:
I feel like I do this a lot and I’m really trying hard not to put myself in a position where I am catching up all the time! But, I can happily say that I am totally caught up on my Life in Pockets!! Now, my plan is to stay that way. I know life has a way of showing up just when I say that, but that’s my plan! I do have to say that I probably wouldn’t be caught up if it were for Just Jaimee’s Ready-to-Go Pocket Page Templates!! They have made it so easy to just pop in photos, add some journaling and be done with it. I have added and replaced some elements here and there with elements from her Storyteller Collections, but it’s been super easy! Seriously, if you are behind like I was, these are the way to go!! Here are the last few weeks pages so you can see how amazing they are:
I do love creating my own spreads and will try to do that as I stay caught up, but these are so fabulous when I just don’t have the time to do it all myself!!
Now I’m going to spend a little time getting a planner post together and scrapping a few new pages on this rainy Sunday. Hope you enjoy yours!! Peace, out…
I said I would come back and update my Life in Pockets today and figured I had better do that before I start putting it off again. Especially since you can get such a great deal on Traci Reed’s Pocket Life ’15: September Collection at such a great price right now! I love this one!! The colors are fabulous and the cards and elements are not to be missed! Here are this week’s pages from me:
Hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend! I’m off to be scrappy 🙂 Peace, out…
I got seriously behind on posting my Life in Pockets pages, so I thought I swing by and get them all out here! I am all caught up now and working on the current week. I think the last time that I updated here was about 2 months ago, but it’s all good now. Here are the pages I have added:
I was going to title this post Manic Monday, but it wasn’t really manic at all. I spent the first part of the morning on the deck reading a new book and then cleaned out the hall closet. We had sloppy joes for dinner and I’ve been scrapping ever since. The title also reminds me that next week we will be at the beach and I can eat at one of my favorite places, Mellow Mushroom!
Just swinging by to share my latest Life in Pockets pages. I am all caught up!!
I have training for work tomorrow and working at my dad’s old office with my mom on Wednesday to try to get it cleaned out so they can sell the building. Hoping to get another baseball game in there as well. So, I’ll be back when time allows. Have a great start to the week!
Who doesn’t like something for a buck? At Pixels and Company, there is all kinds of amazing designs priced at $1 each! Exciting! Here are a couple of pages that I did with some of these fantastic products!!
I’m just flying by after basketball and before bed. I’ll be back with more goodness to share in the next day or so! Thanks for looking…peace, out!
Yeah, played out, I know! Wednesday has another name around here…just plain ole trash day. That’s how I gauge the days of the week..by what has to be done on certain days. The trash doesn’t really run on Wednesday, but around 6am on Thursday, so out it goes on Wednesday night. And for the record, taking the trash out when it’s bitterly cold really sucks! We also had basketball practice today, getting ready for the game tomorrow. C’s team is undefeated so far! Another busy week. I went to have my nails done yesterday and I get my hair done Friday for the first time since A’s wedding! My roots are baaaaad. There are seriously so many days that I wish I would just go gray already. I’m going to think of them as my natural highlights and let it go. But so far I have only had 2 or 3 here and there.
But I didn’t come here to blab about trash or basketball or hair. I am just swinging by to update my Project Life pages. Four weeks in and keeping up so far. Traci Reed’sPocket Life ’15: January Collection is just amazing and has made the pages come together so easily. Here’s my week 4 (The Week 4 title is by One Little Bird and the templates are Traci’s 365Unscripted.
So far I am keeping up with the 2 page spreads…we’ll see how long it continues 🙂 I will be back in a day or two to share all the awesome new releases that I got to play with this week! There’s some good stuff!! Until then…peace, out!
