I’ve been meaning to get by here since March started, but it’s been a little busy so far!
I wanted to share about an exciting new venture for Rachel Jefferies and Lynn Grieveson! They have released a “Project Kit” over on their Pixels, Paper & Paint Substack! It is a bonus kit for premium subscribers and, along with it, you get access to some wonderful prompts and amazing inspiration as part of the community!
Here is my page created with their new Project Kit for March. I was inspired by one of the many wonderful prompts provided and created this page about those first signs of Spring!!
I’m so ready for all things warm and green!! Thanks for stopping by and hope you are having a wonderful weekend!!
Hi all!! Hope you are doing well! We are in the middle of another snow storm. I am so over this winter and ready to be done with snow and ice. It’s been a long one with lots of time spent trapped in the house. The only benefit to that is more scrapping time!
I also took a little time to update my PL page. The one page a week is working really well for me this year and I’m glad I decided to go that route this year. Feel free to check it out and thanks for stopping by!!
Life got a little crazy there for a bit. We went back to work after too many days off and that took some adjusting to get back in to a routine.

This is the page that I created with the bonus kit for February – Begin. I was inspired by one of the many wonderful prompts provided and created this page about turning 60.

Happy weekend! Back again with a new page for January, Pixels, Paper and Paint ‘These Moments Matter’ Month of Challenges from Rachel Jefferies and Lynn Grieveson this week. For today, the prompt is Inbetween. This page is all about becoming an empty nester. All of my children are grown and either have a wonderful life of their own or are well on their way. I’m figuring out what I do now.
Back again! I completed two pages for January, Pixels, Paper and Paint ‘These Moments Matter’ Month of Challenges from Rachel Jefferies and Lynn Grieveson this week. For today, the prompt is Feels Like Home. This page documents how I feel about being at the beach. It is my home away from home and the place I hope to someday spend all my time.
Happy Friday! We are still snowed in over here, but I finally got out of the house for a few minutes. We needed some groceries before the next snow hits us tonight and in to tomorrow. I’m back here with my next page for January, Pixels, Paper and Paint ‘These Moments Matter’ Month of Challenges from Rachel Jefferies and Lynn Grieveson. For today, the prompt is Special Little Things. This is a page all about a VW bus my dad gave me. He knew that I had always wanted the real thing and since he couldn’t give me that, he have me this sweet replica. I look at it daily and I miss him all the time.
I’m back with my next page for January, Pixels, Paper and Paint ‘These Moments Matter’ Month of Challenges from Rachel Jefferies and Lynn Grieveson. For today, the prompt is Overlooked Details. This photo may look just like another sunrise over the ocean, but it is from a location that is very special to me. I have visited this same spot for well over half my life; as a teen, a young mom, and even with grandchildren. As of this past year, that place has been sold and I won’t experience the sunrise from this spot again. I’m excited for new adventures, but sad that it’s gone. Bittersweet for sure.
Happy Friday!! I’m back with my next page for January, Pixels, Paper and Paint ‘These Moments Matter’ Month of Challenges from Rachel Jefferies and Lynn Grieveson. For today, the prompt is Number It. It wasn’t difficult for me to come up with a number that has significance in my life. It’s the one that most consider unlucky, but for me it’s been a lucky one! I also went photoless, which is something I very rarely do 🙂
For this page I used Mirth, Current, and Serendipity by Rachel Jefferies.
Happy New Year!! New years are new beginnings and I am hoping to find a new beginning with my scrapbooking. 2024 was an off year for me. I lost my drive and found myself doom scrolling more than creating. I need to change that for 2025! I’m sharing my pages for January, Pixels, Paper and Paint ‘These Moments Matter’ Month of Challenges from Rachel Jefferies and Lynn Grieveson. They are both so inspiring and creative. It’s time to get things rolling again!
My first page is for the prompt ‘A Glimmer’. This was a moment I captured between two of my grandchildren. My (only) grandson is so good with the little girls. He is always interacting with them and looking out for them!
I hope you all have some really fun stuff planned for the weekend, or maybe even a little relaxing. I’m still not sure what mine holds other than going to watch two of my grandchildren play basketball. Well, one plays and one shows up and hates every minute of it lol.
I thought I’d pop in here real quick and share some new releases in the world of digiscrapping this weekend.
It’s BYOC time at The Lilypad!! I was fortunate to be able to create with a couple of the wonderful new releases!!
