One More!

One more page for today. I took the little one’s picture when I had to put him in time out…his face was so priceless. It’s like a combination of “what did I do?” and “why are you so mean?” LOL. Ahhhh mom was right…it really does hurt me more than it does him!!
I used Harmony Kit by Sueli Colbert for this layout.

Thank Goodness for Weekends!

I guess I would never get here if it wasn’t for weekends! The nice thing this week was 2 snow days which made for a long weekend! There are definately benefits to being a teacher! I love my kids, but surprise days off are always nice 🙂 I’ve done a couple of pages this week…One of my mom, that I did for a challenge at Scrapbook Flair about “our idol”….and I did one of hubby. Photos of him are rare…at least ones where he is not making some obnoxious face lol.

The kit I used for “mom” was a Collaboration kit from Manuella Zimmerman, Lynn Griffin, and Fotosusu…. Sylvia Laupit and the one of hubby is called Into the Mystic Kit created by Kristine Pocock of Wenchd Grafix.

If you want to check out my largest gallery of pages, it can be found at http://www.scrapbookflair.com/IntenseMagic
Hope you enjoy!! Thanks for looking 🙂

WOW!

Wow! It’s been a week since I was here…..A very long, draining, and intense week. And one in which I really wish I had some kind of magic. I trust that life will go on and everything will work out for the best….the eternal optimist that I am!! hehe! And I will leave it at that! I haven’t done much scrapping either but I did a page today just because I loved the photo so much!! The kit is a sample from seehexchen called Dark Side of Life and available at Digital Scrap Girl. The added doodles are from lizandherbabes at Sweet Digi Scraps from a kit called Autumn Romance. Thank you ladies!!

Love Saturdays!

Happy Saturday!

I thought I would post a couple of recent layouts while I am trying to kill some time and the little one is napping :).

The first is my daughter. It was done for a challenge over at Digital Scrap Girls. What a great site! The kit I used for this layout was designed by Shabby Princess and it’s called Harvest Spice.

The second is my baby. It was also done for at challenge over at Digital Scrap Girls. The kit I used for this layout was designed by Nayyan and it is called Monja. Beautiful kit and so versitile.

Anyway, I am in the process of getting ready to go out to dinner. Hubby is taking me for Japanese!! Yum Yum!!

Here I am!

Ready or not, here I am. I have never tried blogging before, so this will be a new experience for me and a learning one I am sure! I hope that anyone reading this will be extremely patient with me! The main reason for starting this blog is to have another place to display my favorite hobby. I absolutely love and am addicted to digital scrapbooking. I discovered it about a year and a half ago and have been addicted ever since. I think more than anything it is my get-a-way…my time…my escape from everything else that is happening in “reality”. I hope that I will be able to spend time here posting the pages I make and sharing inspirations for them. Thanks for reading 🙂
