Coming up quickly on the end of another year. I used to get sad at this time of year. I had a hard time seeing it as a new beginning and just saw it as the end of things. But for the last couple of years, I was more than happy to say good bye to them and welcome the promise of a new year. 2012 has not been the greatest year by a long shot!! Losing my father, saying goodbye to all the things that were him, DH losing his job. It just sucked. Not that I am not grateful for all the things we do have…I am totally!! It could be so much worse, but I am hoping and praying that 2013 will bring wonderful new opportunities and nothing but happiness.
Tonight I’m sitting here watching DH’s football team (Cowboys) play, browsing the internet, and thought I’d pop in and catch you up on my December Daily stuff. I am so proud of myself!! I am only one day short of finishing it!! Go Me! My plan is to do some form of Project Life in the coming year, with my goal being to take a few photos a week. I have so totally failed on the 365 for the last 3 or 4 years. Not setting that goal! I’d love to be able to do it and if it happens it happens, just not throwing that expectation out there.
