Hope everyone had a super weekend. Not much going on here…it was a rather lazy weekend. I’m trying to learn some new things in Photoshop. I know that I have barely scratched the surface when it comes to that program. I wish I wasn’t so lacking in the patience department lol. I have self-diagnosed ADD…I can’t do anything more than a minute or so or I start getting antsy…..just ask anyone who has ever sat in a meeting with me! So, focusing on a tutorial is not something I do very well LOL….
Toot! Toot! Yep, that’s me tooting my own horn! I was just named Scrapper of the Month at Digital Scrap Garden! There are the sweetest ladies over there who have made me feel so at home on that site! About a week ago, Ladybug (admin) asked me to be their “Bloom of the Day” picker and poster which was an honor in itself…and now Scrapper of the Month!! 🙂 If you haven’t checked them out, you should!
Here are some layouts I’ve churned out the last few days…. Challenges usually get me going on layouts and the couple of places I visit are starting up July challenges.
This layout was done with Critter Country by Ladybug Graphics. She is a super designer and you can find her stuff at Digital Scrap Garden!
Take 2 using Ladybug’s Critter Country. I redid this to enter it in a challenge to use white space.
Chance’s birthday cake this year. I used Paper Posies by PurpleFrog at Digital Scrap Garden and a sketch by Jule at The Digi Chick. I guess I should also mention – cake by WalMart 🙂 It’s actually 24 cup cakes.
For a challenge to create a July Desktop. The template is by fotosbylisajo at Digital Scrap Garden. And the fabulous kit is by Liz – Sweet Digi Scraps. It’s called Freedom and available at BTST.
I did this layout for a CT Call for Sarah Barber using her papers and elements. I don’t do CT calls very often unless I really like a designers work.
Yep, that’s me…I really need a good photo of myself lol. I did this for the My Name Challenge over at Digital Scrap Girl hosted by Nayyan. The kit is by Colie at BTST and called In My Garden. I added the bright flowers, star pin, and butterfly on pot…all by Nayyan.
